—Saturday, May 16, 2026: This is the date set for an Indiana “Far-West” meeting in Huntington, Indiana at the Huntington County Historical Society. The Society Store will also be there. Details will be announced as things are firmed up.
We are firming up the date and meeting location for the 2026 annual symposium in Hornell. The city has asked us if we can hold it there for a celebration of the Erie RR’s 150th anniversary of arriving into the city. Included in this should be a tour of Alstom’s former Erie shops.
The 2027 annual may be in Scranton or Rochester NY, or if someone steps forward to recomend a location. Please, if someone has a recommendation for a spring or annual meeting event, presenters, or locations, please contact Chris Costello at chris@costellomfg.com.
