Friday, September 22
− 11 AM- 4:00 PM: Archive in Avoca open
− 11 AM: Museum Opens
− 12 PM – 4 PM: Short Speeder rides available
− 5-6:30 PM: Hamburgers and Hot Dogs on the grill
− 6:00 PM: Registration table opens
− 7:00 PM: Doug Eisele: Views of Western N.Y. Railroads
− 8:00 PM: (After Doug Eisele) Bring your own Slides to share.
Saturday, September 23
− 7:00 – 8:30 AM: Breakfast at the Museum and Registration table
− 8:30 AM: Depart for Kinzua Bridge State Park
− 9:30 AM: Arrival at Kinzua Bridge State Park
− 11:30 AM: Leave Kinzua Bridge State Park
− 12:00 PM – 1:00: Lunch on your own. Restaurants available in Bradford, PA.

− 1:30 PM: Jaré Cardinal: Senecas on the Railroad
− 3:00 PM: Devan Lawton: EL around Western NY

Sunday, September 24
− 8 Am – 2 PM Archive in Avoca open
− 9 AM – 2 PM Erie 1 open for tours in Jefferson, OH
Our new archives will be open for inspection in Avoca, NY on Friday from 11am to 4pm and Sunday 8am to 2pm.
Our host hotel is the White Pine Lodge at 779 Broad St, Salamanca, NY 14779. Rooms are $129/night and can be reserved at (716) 945-7600 (7am to 3pm). Ask for the ELRRHS block.
An alternate hotel is 25 miles away: Quality Inn & Suites 76 Elm St. Bradford, PA 16701. $80/night. Reference “Erie Lackawanna Historical Society” (814) 363-4052.
Sunday will be for your return home, but if you are traveling west (or want to head west), Erie Business Car #1 will be open for viewing in Jefferson, Ohio.
