Members and non members may purchase ELRRHS merchandise securely from our on line store using most major credit cards. We use PayPal's payment processing system so if you have a PayPal® account, your billing and shipping information will be filled in for you automatically in PayPal's system during the checkout process.
For those who prefer to mail your orders, you may download and print an Adobe Portable Document Format copy of the current sales catalog - Flying Saucer 35-4. If you don't have Adobe Reader which is required to view the flyer, it is available free. Download it using the link at the bottom of the page.
The Members' discounted prices are now tided to your site access status. The Members' discount price is visable to ELRRHS members and is only displayed when you log into the site. Non-members who have a site login for purchases will only see the non-member's or retail price. Please email the webmaster if you are a member and do not see the members' discount after you login and include your full name and ELRRHS membership number. This number is always printed on the slip sheet that The Diamond is email with.
Non-members will need to create a store login when they first use the store and then will log into the store from that point forward at checkout. This login account does not register you as an ELRRHS member and conveys no member privileges.
Non-members wishing to join the ELRRHS will need to purchase a membership in order to receive The Diamond, The Extra Board, and the ELRRHS discount on merchandise in the Flying Saucer and on line shop. You can go to the Join Online page or us the membership store category and purchase a calendar year membership. Your account status will be automatically changed from "Registered" to "Members" once you complete a membership level purchase. Please purchase a membership in the Society in a separate order first if you wish to receive the member's discount on merchandise on the same day.
Shipping: Shipping is determined by your location (within the United States or International) and will be automaticly selected for most orders. Sales Tax will be added to the below listed shipping rates for NJ, OH, & PA residence. The Calendar only Shipping rate is only available to shipments within the United States.
- Domestic Shipping for all orders with in the United States: $9.95
- Out of Country Shipping for all orders out site the continental United States: $45.00
- Calendar only Shipping for all single calendars orders only: $4.95

The ELRRHS does not have a full-time professional staff performing fulfillment service - all order processing and shipping is done by volunteers.
New Jersey, Ohio, & Pennsylvania residents will have the appropriate sales tax added to the items purchased and shipping fee.
